Using Mailx on RedHat Linux 7.1

i was usning mailx command on solaris. I was sending mails using script and I was setting the reply address (the senders address) using -r option in mailx command.

Now I have migrated to RedHat Linux 7.1, mailx command is not present in it. will you please tell me, how can I send the mail and set the reply address using script. Is there anything equivalent to mailx is present in linux.

mailx is SunOS proprietary. The equivalent on Linux is mail, but AFAIK it has no -r option.

The solution is contained in the links.
The first three links fail.  Can this be reopened and fresh links installed??
