MS API 5.0 - to develop indian voice accent

We need information about  Lexicon's MSAPI 5.0 and any idea to create our own accent of speech such as Microsoft Mary voice provided by MSAPI.Our aim is to develop an voice font which will be an  Indian  accent of speech.Which is similar to some of voice fonts comes along with MSAPI 5.0.We will use MSAPI 5.0 SDK for developing. Could you please help us regarding this?
