ApacheJserver 1.1.2 on RedHat 7.1

Hi all, I want to install ApacheJServ1.1.2 on Linux RedHat 7.1 with:
-JDK1.3
-Apache 1.3.14
-JSDK2.0

I run
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/jserv \
           --with-apache-src=/usr/local/sharedir/apache_1.3.14 \
           --with-jdk-home=/usr/local/jdk1.3 \
           --with-JSDK=/usr/local/JSDK2.0/lib/jsdk.jar \
           --disable-debugging

then, I get this error:

cheking JSDK...configure:error: javax.servlet.Servlet not found in /usr/local/JSDK2.0/lib/jsdk.jar

and it stops.
I have check the jsdk.jar carefully. It has what ApacheJServ needs.
So what's wrong. Anyone has met this before? Please share it!

What's your PATH?  LD_LIBRARY_PATH? and CLASSPATH?
