here's an example of both

<html>
<body>
<div id="centerDiv" align="center">
hello world
</div>
<br>
<table border=1 width=100>
<tr><td align=center><div>div here</div></td></tr>
</table>
</body>
</html>

What I am really mean is to center the div tag on the center on the page. Like

<div id="divTest" style="position;absolute; left:"+intleft+"; top:"+inttop+";>
</div>

and use javascript to determine intleft , inttop.
