PVCS version manager

when i try to open a project it says

Warning:

There were problems opening the access database, or you are not listed in the Access Control Database. As a result, the project has been closed.
Please see your PVCS administrator for assistance.

Ensure that you have access to the project database.
If yes, then I guess problem is with .islvrc file.

check the entry under "PVCSPROJ". Try removing one by one directory from left hand side.
start PVCS manager. Even if it gives warning say 'OK'.
Even after doing this it doesn't work......... then.....I've no idea.
