also form autodesk site

"Does AutoCAD ActiveX work with Microsoft?s J++ Java environment or Borland's Delphi?

Autodesk does not directly support application development using Microsoft J++ language tools or Delphi. However, the AutoCAD ActiveX object model should be compatible, and if Java or Delphi is your development environment choice, you can use it"

so you have only to use COM or ActiveX to use autocad with delphi, here's some links too

I hope that help you

AutoCad's main development environment ObjectARX only uses Microsoft C++. Delphi can't really use this environment because it is not compatible with the MFC libraries used.

The COM interface or Active-X is the primary method of connecting Delphi to the AutoCad drawing database.
