Viewing PHP pages offline.

Hi all.
I've been using PHP for about 10 minutes now.
I do have a book, and I want to do the tutorials.
Is there a way to view the results of the code
without uploading the page to a server?

you can see the result on your local computer with installing WebServer and PHP first. I'm using Apache for web server in my computer with Win98 and PHP 4.0.6.
