I dont know if there still is, but there used to be one on efnet (irc.mcs.net, irc.powersurfr.com both work here), but last time I was there it was full of elitist <edited by PashaMod> so if you're looking for help I would avoid it like the plague.

if you have mirc, you can find channel for delphi
