Managing IP Addresses

I did a search on MSDN and found a document descriping a function called AddIpAddress. This function comes from the Iphlpapi lib. How do I use this function in Delphi? And where do I get the lib from?

Hello

 Acutally I havn't used the AddIpAddress, but there are Conversions for the Iphlpapi  lib to delphi, you can look at them in these links
