is there any freeware utility which can monitor who/when mailbox is created/modified/deleted/changed permission on a per mailbox basis for exchange 5.5 on windows 2000?

the event log should have this info.

Already checked this out but log is too general, the type of transaction done on the mailbox is not indicated but only to the extent that a modification has been done.
