Look at del6vcl.hlp that come with delphi 6
and search for TGetPropEditProc

I think it replaced with TGetPropProc

when you search about TGetPropEditProc in the help file
it will give you help for TGetPropProc
so try to search about TGetPropProc

open the visual component libarary referance
and in the index put  TGetPropEditProc, it will give the following help about it

====================
 VCL Reference
  TPropertyEditor.GetProperties

 TPropertyEditor        See also

 Provides the subproperties of the property to a callback procedure.

 type

   TGetPropProc =  procedure ( const  Prop:  IProperty )  of object ;

 procedure  GetProperties(Proc: TGetPropProc);  virtual ;

 Description

 The Object Inspector calls GetProperties when the property is expanded to show subproperties. The  GetProperties method of TPropertyEditor does nothing. Property editors that return paSubProperties from the  GetAttributes method should override GetProperties to create an appropriate property editor and pass its  IProperty interface to the Proc parameter for every subproperty (or nested property) of the property.
