Here's some points for your help.  I did hate NTS but was afraid to change the software out - didn't know if PacBell would acept it.

Your welcome,

By the way, you can follow the manual so that you get an always on connection (simply loads the driver when windows starts).

Also, Error 678 is that the driver cannot find the server.
Contacting server =-=-=-=-=-=-=- in RAS terms.

If you are interested there a guides on the internet to "upgrade" your home version to pro.
