Component for operations with Excel

Hi experts,

I'm looking for freeware component for Delphi 3, which gives me a possibity to set format parameters( font, backgrownd color, alignment etc.) of each cell in Excel 97/2000 worksheet. It must work very fast. I'd prefer the component to not use OLE objects.
