Certificate install on Win2K Server/IIS 5

Hi,

I had requested a certificate renewal from Verisign and because of a bug in IIS 5.0 (according to Verisign) I had to delete my key to create the request. In between all of this going on, my "pending request" was deleted and I am unable to install my new certificate. Verisign tells me this is a server issue. Does anyone know how I can install the cert.cer file I have? It's looking for my pending request and not finding it. Also, related question... is there "Key Manager" in IIS 5 or just the server cert wizard?

Thanks,
Kim
