lotus notes blue screen problem
hai, i have one problem about lotus notes. i am using lotus notes to email, but when i want to delete my mail the monitor will change to blue screen with the message "0028:c0059A29, Fatal exception error" so can anyone help me to solve the problem. Thank you very

thank you for all your response. i current using lotus notes ver 5.0a running in windows 98 2nd edition RAM : 64 MB. processor speed pentium III 800 mhz. if it still crash what should i do??? thank you for all your time and have a nice day
5.0a are you sure ? very old version ... not reliable ...
Try to use Lotus client 5.06a or 5.07x ...
When you use Lotus 5.0x close everything (word,excel)... or add more memory ... 128 Mo will be better ...

- Erase all files in your tmp or temp folder ( c:\windows\temp ...)
- Use scandisk and defrag tools on your harddisk. Reboot...
Note : Lotus Notes need a large amount of ram ( 24 to 32 Mo ). No enough memory and your computer crashs.
