where can i find the oralce jdbc driver? it should support
chinese!
  and how to load driver
  Class.forName(strdriver);  ???

You need a classes111 and the driver's name is :
// for Oracle
Class.forName("oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver");

// for Access
Class.forName("sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver");
