detect Form scroll

hello ,

when there is some control with large size than his container Form we got scroll bars.

My question how can i detect when the user click on some scroll bars ?

What Control?

TForm has VertScrollBar and HorzScrollBar. Use TScrollingWinControl as a base class when defining a custom windowed control that supports scrolling.

You may have to define an action list to capture the event you need.
