web: pasting pictues / screenshots

It's not possible to past picture into rich text field using the browser.
You can only past pictures through the client.
But you can use the client to put pictures in, and use the browser for looking to your documents.
There are a couple ways of work that you can give in a path or something and the next time you open the document you see your picture.
But I think that's to complicate for the users

There's no place on the intranet where you can past pictures.
You must always give a html code.
Or something else what the developper, converse to an html-code.

So, it's not a notes - but an browser -
