Outlook XP loads with message  box MICROSOFT LDAP DIRECTORY

Any one understand why and more importantly how do I get rid of the message box Microsoft LDAP directory server name null port 3268 etc when I now load outlook I cancel out and it goes away until the next loading of outlook XP under windows 2000 professional

Try Tools | Email Accounts | View or Change directories or address books.   Highlight LDAP address book and remove it.
