I need a driver development consultant!

I am writing some kind of linux driver.
I am not familiar with the kernel source code very well. is there any place can give me more information regarding the source code?
a free web site will be a good information for me if available otherwise we can pay for it for a long term consulting. is there anyone knows about where to find it?

A good place to start for Linux kernel stuff is:
http://www.kernel.org

Linux Documentation Project has all of the HOW-TO docs:
http://linuxdoc.org

The Linux Kernel Hackers Guide:
http://www.linuxhq.com/guides/KHG/HyperNews/get/khg.html

Linux Kernel Book Online:
http://www.linuxhq.com/guides/TLK/tlk.html

Alessandro Rubini has a series of articles here:
http://www2.linuxjournal.com/lj-issues/issue23/1219.html
http://www2.linuxjournal.com/lj-issues/issue24/1220.html
http://www2.linuxjournal.com/lj-issues/issue25/1221.html
http://www2.linuxjournal.com/lj-issues/issue26/1222.html
http://www2.linuxjournal.com/lj-issues/issue28/1287.html

There are some good printed books out called:
Linux Kernel Internals (2ed) by Beck et al (ISBN: 0-201-33143-8)
Writing Linux Device Drivers by Rubini (ISBN: 1-565-92292-1)

actually I have read most of information which I can get from internet. but still have some questions while I read the linux source kernel. I can not find out any explanation in any where so I just can guess and make my assumption. for exapmle I am modifing a seial port device
driver and that will combine with tty driver in kernel very tightly. I found the tty device driver is very hard to read even I have the "linux kernel book" in my hand. I am using kgdb and remote debug to trace everything what I want. But I thnk I still need help sometimes. I am working for a company in palo alto and company would like to pay the reasonable price to consultant service.
is there anyone knows the market situation regarding such kind consultant service?
