The pci multimedia audio device driver is refering to your soundcard that is not properly installed. Hence you need to obtain the correct driver and update it as below. Or you cna look out for your driver from your manufacturer or from www.windrivers.com

1. right click my computer and select system information
2. Click "Device Manager" tab.
3. Double-click "Other Devices" folder and double click the "PCI Multimedia Audio Device".
4. Click "Driver", then "Update".
5. Click "Next" on "Updata device driver wizard" menu
6. Click "Other Location" from "Update device driver wizard".
7. point to your driver folder.
8. Click "Finish" from "Update device driver wizard".
Click "OK".

Another possiblity is that a conflict has occured.

1. Open Device Manager and go to mulitmedia device.
2. Click on the device with conflict.(the device which has the "!" character)
3. Click on properties
4. Click the Resources tab.
5. Deselect the Use automatic settings box.(to be able to set Configuration Manually)
6. In the Resource type list box, you will see the Memory range with conflict. Click on that Memory Range.
7. Click Change Setting.
8. To the right of the Value list box, there are two small arrow buttons, one on top of the other.
9. Click the top arrow to move the memory range up, and the bottom arrow to move it down. Ensure that there are
no conflicts listed in the conflict information list box.
10. Click OK, and click OK again.
11. At the Creating a Forced Configuration dialog, click Yes.
12. At the System Settings Change dialog, click Yes.
13. Restart your computer

no problem weesiong, but the only way to identify what model is your devices, you need to look into it. The PCI multimedia device will not show much info here.
