Hi, ppl.

#Questions
1. I have a rather long cc list for a recurring internal email that gets sent out at least once per day from my account.  Instead of typing in or copy-and-pasting in those email addresses, I would like to just type in "CC List Daily" or some other short alias and have it expand to show all the email address in the cc list.  How can this be setup?

No, I do not want a template.

#Points
If this Q has an answer, then I will increase the points.  If not, then I will award the original number of points.

Why don't you create a group in your addressbook, with all the people in ?
Let say you create a group called "CC List Daily', with all the persons in.
Then you must type in the name of the group in your mail and he will sent the mail to everybody in the group.

Hi, sloeber.

That's enough to get the points.

#Follow Up
1. Is there a way to expand the names from the alias/group name?
If not, then that's not really a big issue.

Increasing points to 75.

If you type in the name of your group, and you click then on the "F9" button (recompute), then you see all the members of your group and not your group name.
Also if you type in the name of your group and you sent your email, the people in the group see all the members from the group and not the groups name.
ALso if you open your mail you have sent before, see you all the members and not the group name.

Is this what you want ?

ps : only the groups in your personnel addressbook, he automatically expand
If you choose one from the server, he always let you see the groups name
