Have a look in the Downloads section of http://www.claessens16.yucom.be/

There is a zip file called dpsn.zip which contains some source code for the ignus sniffer

Ok - try this one:

http://overbyte.alexid.fr/frame_index.html

Go to the Products/More list. The Isniffer. zip file has a file in it called Protohdr.pas which may be what you want.
