Upper limits and Lower limits

Is there a way to set an Upper and Lower limit to show a line on a chart.  I want to show where a value should be vs the the bar chart.
Based on source data for Upper Limit and Lower Limit.

 |
_|_|___________ Upper limit

 | |
_|_|___________ Lower Limit
 | |

Something like this.

Use additional series and manually set your values to the same value across the values area. You'll need to put in a value for each category. Holler if you need more explicit info, I'll put something up later, bit busy atm. :)

I put data to creat bars for the upper and lower limits and showed the data values on the chart.  Then hid the bars by eliminating the bar area color and no border color.  Then I did an over lap so the data values are on top of the data bars for for my chart.
