how to rename a category in outlook 2000?

I have assigned categories to all my contacts, but now would like to rename one of the categories. I like to avoid doing this manually for each contact (creating a new category, reassigning each contact, deleting the old category). I can't find any "rename" options in the category master list or anywhere else. Can I rename a category in one sweep for all contacts who have been assigned this category?

Your going to love this....

1) Go to the contact folder in question.
2) Select View | Current View | By Category
3) Right click on divider bar of the group you
are interested in and select Categories
4) Add/Remove/Assign New Categories via the
   category dialog
5) OK
6) If all goes well, you should see that everyone in
that selected group has been modified.
