Terminal Server Licences with 2000 Server

Easy one this (if you know the answer), I have searched the Microsoft website but no luck. Does Windows 2000 Server come with and Terminal Server Cal's?

No. windows 2000 pro comes with one client cal.

Great thanks (well it's not great really as I will net to buy them) also Housenet, are the Cal's concurrent or per machine licences?
