Layer problem! in netscape

hi all

i did one popup menu using layer in dreamweaver
it is coming quite nicely in internet explorer but  it is showing different position in ..netscape navigator.

how do i solve this problem.
can any one tell some suggestion in this.

well fine i wasn't clear about the think is tht a javacipr kind of think or an object, can it be visual in IE think
anyways i will give u the points, bc'oz my doubt seems to be clear using this.
