Programs like Zetafax when installed will install the Zetafax printer in all profiles on a machine, How can I get my printers to do the same thing?

I.E. someone logs into my machine, when they go to print there are no printers, I then have to install the printer, is there a way to make the printers I install avalible to all profiles.

Thanks for reading.

are you on a network? see here
I would add the printer to the default user profile, and theen when a new user is created, it should have the printer

Thanks Steven, I am on a network, but we have not set up (as yet) any group policies. I have had a look at the link, and it is on for policies. So even though we are on a network we are still using local profiles, and that is the proplem, so as someone logs in (creating a new local profile) they have now printer avalible.

Thanks again
