Not a Valid Office Add-in --error message--

I have Office 2000. I generally use Netscape for e-mail but am getting tired of all of the crashes.

I am considering switching to MS Outlook. Whenever I open Outlook, I get this error message:
<<
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL' is not a valid Office add-in
<<

I have looked in the AddIns file and there is nothing there. Considering that it is looking for something with a second path on the C: drive I am not surprised that it is either not valid or not there.
Any ideas what this problem is? Outlook works fine, but this message is there every time I load Outlook.

Thanks.
