Sound rm files with Arabic name on win2000

I have windows 2000. When running real player sound files or Word files with Arabic names, they do not wrok, If the file is renamed to english, it works. But this is not practical given the nbr of files to rename around 200.
The same Arabic name files works in Win 98.
Need a solution to run these Arabic files under Win2000.
Thank you
