We have a dedicated NT Server for domain user to browse internet, we would like to prohibited users enter their own user name/password, is there any way to setup a exclusive user account for this server? I mean no other user account can logon to this server from the "Logon information", except using this exclusive user account.

Go to User manager, select Policies, User rights.

from drop down "Right" select "logon locally".

From "Grant to" table, remove all normal user entries, Domain Users, Authenticated Users, Everyone, but make sure you do not delete any Administrator entries, usually Administrator, Administrators, Domain Admins, Server Operators, I assume you will still want to administer the System. Add in to the "Grant to" table the specific user name you want used for local logins.
