If I use a TNMHTTP Component and the method Get(url)
I can do a

sl.Add(NMHTTP1.Body);
sl.SaveToFile('c:\giftest.gif');
(sl is a stringlist)

To save the body of the web-page as an gif (if it's a gif).

But how can I do if I Like to use the Gif as an image without having to save it to disk and that open it?
Is it somehow I can have it intop a TImage (mabe converted to a bitmap first if needed) without having to save it to disk first?

You need to first download a GIF component as GIF is not natively supported in Delphi.  Make sure you find a GIF component with a LoadFromStream method.
