I know the regsitry paths:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

And in the AUTOEXEC.BAT there is nothing, in the Win.ini i could not see the program that was bugging me.

So please reply with all the places u know.

get startup cop from www.zdnet.com
and it will tell you
you can go to start-->run and type msinfo32
then go to software environment
startup programs, and it will  tell you where things are loaded from

Look in the startup folder.  Look at the start menu--->Programs--->startup.  Also look at the services that have started.  If you have an administrative tools in your program menu of the start menu, there should be a shortcut to services.  This will only apply if the program is running as a service.  Administrative tools is also in the control panel.

The Programs / Startup Directory for your login and for All Users may run programs too.
Also services. These are in the Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Services (or Computer Manager)
