Error Number

If I have this:

If err.Number = -2147217843 Then
.
.
end if

the err.Number = -2147217843 izzit predefined? or programmer defined?

If it's predefined how can I get this no?

An error message is generated (Err.Number, as well as Err.Description, see more on "Err" on MSDN) when an error occurs when running the application.

The Err.Number is Predefined.
