http://www.mediahouse.com/ has an excellent packeage, however its not free. There is a trial version though.
There are also some good free stats generators around, but I haven't seen any as flexible as the MediaHouse one.

MRTG I think has exportable data that could be helpful.

First of all, thanks for the quick responses.  I should be a little bit more specific...

I am running Windows 2000 Server (I think ntop is unix only) and hope to find some software that is server based that can monitor my traffic.  In other words, I don't want to have to manually run anything to check the stats if possible.  I already have a log file analyzer installed on the server - I'm hoping to find something that does more behind the scenes as a Windows 2000 service for example.

An example of a featured I would expect to find in this product (that I would not expect to find a log file analzer) is the ability to receive a notifican if a particular site went over a predetermined quota for example.  

Any other suggestions... ;)  Maybe?
