IE 6.0 Tools/Internet Options/General/History/Colors

I think I may have an incorrect setting for IE 6.0 Tools/Internet Options/General/History/Colors.

When I write code, setting the color of the background or the text, and use IE 6.0 to preview the *.html page I have saved, IE 6.0 ignores the settings for color of background or text.
But if I preview the page with Netscape Navigator, then the colors come out right.

What setting in IE 6.0 is causing this?
     Thanks, CMA

Nice work. It was the Accessibility option.
Happens at work all the time.  The users get settings wrong and then
call the help desk because the pages don't look right.  Glad I could
help.  Thanks for the A.  :^)
