Rules for EXE Attachments

With the advent of viruses that activate in preview mode, I would like to develop a rule that would delete all emails with EXE attachments.  There doesn't appear to be an obvious way of doing this.  Does anyone have a workaround?  I'm using Outlook 5.5

Thanks in advance.

You can install the outlook security patch, but make sure you read about it first and decide if this is what you want to do.

The security patch will also break any Outlook programming you might have running (any applications that send mail automatically or get information from your contacts folders).

Be very careful before installing it.  See here for more information in addition to the article vinnyd79 posted.
