FreeBSD : Any recommended tape backup device?
hi,
I want to purchase a reliable and afforable tape backup that supports FreeBSD 4.x, preferable SCSI (preferable) for about 1-4 GB of storage. My budget is about USD 400-1000. Can anybody recommended any models /brands to me that supports FreeBSD?
Also, does the statement mean that ANY SCSI device (i.e. all SCSI tape backup device) will be supported on FreeBSD?
>>>>>
With all supported SCSI controllers, full support is provided for
SCSI-I & SCSI-II peripherals, including hard disks, optical disks,
tape drives (including DAT and 8mm Exabyte), medium changers, processor
target devices and CDROM drives.

Thanks
