Well, I just spent the last two hours trying to fix mine. &nbsp;I recreated the problem on my computer by deleting the JPG file extention from the tools &gt;folderoptions tab.<br />

I tried booting from the last known good menu and that didn't help, I also tried recreating the JPG extention of known file types, still no love.<br />
<br />
I just reloaded the browser and they started showing up again.... &nbsp;not the most technical fix in the world but I'm all for keeping it simple.<br />

Not a really technical question, but...<br />

I have always viewed my folders with pictures with the thumbnail view. &nbsp;Now all of a sudden I don't get the thumbnail view, just an IE icon the size of a thumbnail. &nbsp;My bitmap images are still viwed as thumbnails though so the problem only exists with .jpg and .gif.<br />
