Hello experts!

How can i detect instantly if the mouse or keyboard are been disconnected or connected??.  Can someone give me a
piece of example code?

In general, questions that concern a specific OS (or OS family) should be posted to the area assigned to that OS.  In this case: "Windows Programming"
