Hi all from Australia!
I found a new socket 7 mobo and have a intel pentium cpu. I have to set jumpers on the mobo for different cpu types identified as J19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,30,31
the cpu I have has no such info. On the top i read:intel pentium a80502133sy022
icomp 2w=111
87140452-1685
intel 92-93
on the cpu between the legs (ooops) -
e702135xbi
a805022133
sy022/sss
ipp
What do I have here?
Cheers
Ingolf

The intel pentium a80502133sy022 is a Pentium 133 NON-MMX.

Socket 7, 5V only, 66MHz bus, 2X clock divider.

jhance is correct. See here for the Intel page re your processor:

http://developer.intel.com/design/pentium/qit/database/SY022.htm

Commented:
The Intel info shows the voltage as 3.135 - 3.600V.

jlauster,

Yes, you are correct on the voltage...  I just don't know what I was thinking....  The only 5V Pentiums were the original 60/66 Mhz socket 4 (I think it was socket 4) versions.  They ran so hot they glowed red!

Are you regressing with your systems?
heh heh

I doubt that 5V sould be a jumper setting that schmacke could find on their board anyway, so no damage done.  :-)

Thanks for your help all - but nobody understood my question: I have in the instructions for the mb only cpu type and the numbers mentioned - and no explanation what the different jumper settings do! So ineed to know: cpu type j19 = intel cpu ?
The mobo is mb 500n pc partner

You'll need to refer to the motherboard manual for the proper setting for this CPU.  The "types" you have listed are not standard and are specific to this vendor.

Download your manual here under 430FX/MB500N
Good luck.

ftp://download.intel.com/df-support/3084/eng/fidenu16.exe

here you can down a windows prog that identifies you cpu

first install you processor on your mainboard. set the cpu rate as low as you can , and boot into windows

install this utility

and then this utility will tell you what kind of processor you have
