OUTLOOK SIGNATURE DIFFERENT FOR INTERNAL/EXTERNAL
Is there a way to have Outlook 97 recognize that an email is going external(internet) vs internal(corporate) and have a signature added only when going external or a different signature for each. We're using WIN2K with about 150 or so 9x/2000 workstations.
No. If you need a disclairmer to be added for internet bound traffic, then it would be better to let the server add it.

So it must/can be done in exchange?
Sure, you will have to acquire a copy of the back office resource kit v 4.5 and work with the imsext.dll. A good page that describes the installation/configuration is:
