JUST WHAT I WANT ! !

But it seems like I have 2 problems

InitList(TcpList);    Constant object cannot be passed as var parameter

InitList(UdpList);    Constant object cannot be passed as var parameter

what do I do?

did u see the demo that come with componenet?

off course I saw it...but I cant install the component an the demo needs it  otherwise thats just wat I wanted....I have been serching for some thing like that for a long time now

I installed the component easy, like the other components
what's the problem with you?

just insure from two things
when u choose component to install you have to choose the two files
"ActivePorts.pas" and "SnmpTypes.pas"
after it's compile, insure that u saved the package

with srcz and for free :) and wrk perfect

SULTAN, add both of them as component, then u will see new component, and then u can open the sample easily

select both on the compile unit

I tryed to add both, but the problem still remains in the ActivePorts.pas

Line 308:   InitList(TcpList); Constant object cannot be passed as var parameter

Line 364:   InitList(UdppList); Constant object cannot be passed as var parameter


What should I do?? I hoppe im not causing to mutch trouble here but this is really inportant to me

it's working fine with me, i dont' know why u got this error :(

damm...its driving me crazy


isent there any way to fix it...maybe by declering it or something?  can there be some thing wrong with my wersion of Delphi? Is there any update packs do download if that could be it?
