Need a web statistics analyser

My boss wants detailed reports of our various websites both Internet and Intranet sites. We are currently using a free piece of software called Analog, but my boss feels that this dosn't give the best information.
A lot of the information is dynamic, and is being pulled from databases, Analog does not seem to cope with this data.

What she wants is :-

track unique vistors and return visitors to site
page impressions - visit per page and unique hits
Where people go when they leave site
which site people come from
Which device they are using (phone, pc, tv,etc)
top 5 areas of site
track peoples journey through a site
Duration on pages
keep track on ad campaigns
Proper page information instead of www.mysite.com/default.asp?id=213

I would prefer not to use cookies, but if we have to thats okay.

If people could let me know what packages that might be appropriate it would be much appreciated

Cheers

Some of what you want can't be retrieved RELIABLY, I don't think (e.g. where people go when they leave) -- for example, I frequently have three or four browser windows open when I'm at EE.

Having said that, I'd start by looking at http://www.webtrends.com -- they've been at it a while, and have a pretty good reputation, but no, I haven't used them.

I have used http://www.extreme-dm.com -- but just their free service. They do keep interesting stats, but I don't have any experience with their paid service.

A couple of "do-it-yourself" type sites are at http://www.howtoweb.com/corner/stats.htm and http://www.hitbox.com/

Hope this helps,

webtrends is pretty good. I have used them and their stats/reporing is very elaborate.

Stating that Analog is very good and is the very popular.  Have you tried using one of the helper apps to make its reporting better.
