Rotating pictures in VB Picture Box

How to rotate a picture(jpg,gif..) by 90 degrees and save that rotated picture as another (jpg,gif..) in VB PictureBox?

Just to let you know, the one glass cookie told you about ONLY works for Bitmaps. I'm trying to do this same project, as well. Thanks for all those helpful links, rynacys.
