I have a W98 machine and a Canon LBP-600 LaserPrinter.

This happens very often:
The first printings are ok, until one of them stops printing alright and starts printing everything grey. From that page on, everything prints grey, full page of grey big rectangle.

If I restart the computer, the first pages are agin alright until...

Does anyone know wath I can do???

Did you reinstall the printer drivers?

yes

Have you checked the memory in the printer?  It is possible that this is flaky and is causing this.

no...

How do I do that?

First, print a test page and verify that it is reporting all of the memory.  The memory amount should appear on either the test page or a config page.  Next, if there is any expansion memory take that out and see if the problem goes away.
You haven't tried printing money on this, have you?  I know our color printer will start printing cloud pictures and will not work until a serviceman is called.  Of course, they have to call the FBI and it goes downhill from there.
I doubt that that would be the problem since this is a mono printer.
Have you tried a new toner cartridge?

I suggest checking the printer memory and then explain how to do so.  No more response.  It sounds like that was the solution.
