I am running Oracle 8i, and I keep getting this message when I am trying to connect through an Oracle client. When I connect through the server, the connection succeeds, but not through the client, it keeps timing out. &nbsp;Can anyone help me!!

I am running Oracle 8i, and I keep getting this message when I am trying to connect through an Oracle client. When I connect through the server, the connection succeeds, but not through the client, it keeps timing out.  Can anyone help me!!

error 12535 TNS - operation timed out
