When setting a connexion in the dial up networking :
Is there any way to have the check box "remember password"
removed or inactivated.
I WANT the users to type a password.

Thanx

To disable this password caching feature for DUN, perform the following steps:

1.Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe) and select the following subkey:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\
   RasMan\Parameters

2.From the Edit menu, click Add Value, and type the following information:

   Value Name: DisableSavePassword
   Value Type: REG_DWORD
   Value Data: 1

1) Right click on the Dial-Up entry to open its Properties.
2) On the Options tab, make sure Display progress... and Prompt for name ... are selected. OK to close.
3) Open the Dial-Up entry, and uncheck the "Save password."

portans' solution will work however, there will be nothing to disable the feature alltogether. The users will be able to save the password again.
For a complete disable, you must use the registry setting.
