I have a 20GB HDD. WinNT 4.0SP6a installed on 2.1gb hdd (FAT16) which is C:. Then i have 3GB partion as FAT32 and 15GB as FAT32. Both can be seen on the NT system after installing the FAT32 utility from wininternals.

Now when i want to use the d: and e: for copying or creating a folder i get the message Cannot write or create folder. Access is Denied.

Please let me know how can i enable the drive to start using it with fat32 drive in it.

Thanks n Regards

WinInternals has two FAT32 utilities, I believe.  The freeware one is read-only.  You'd need the full version to write to those drives.
