When I try to paste a JPG file in a new memo (doing copy/paste) I have no problem but several users do have a problem. When they try to paste a JPG file into a new memo, they get the error message: &quot;Cannot load image bitmap into memory&quot;. I can't pinpoint what configuration setting in mine that is different from theirs.<br />
